Texas Honey Ham Company was founded in 2004. Trent Hunt, Robert Siller and Kelly Weiss endeavored to create a special place. A comfortable place where the community could gather and enjoy good quality food and great service. Years later they’re still doing just that.
One of Trent’s passions is cooking and he is behind most of the recipes. He loves his family and you’ll often spot his kids working in the shop.
Robert is quite the cook himself and loves getting to know the people in the neighborhood. Outside of working he spends time with his wife and kids, biking and shooting guns at the range.
Kelly is an attorney and is busy practicing law in the Austin area.
